Leadership can be a squishy concept. What does it actually mean to BE a leader? Is it about your title? Or your position? Do you automatically become a leader when you supervise someone? Or will you never be able to be a leader if you don’t supervise others?
In today’s talk, we address these questions. I also share information from Steve Farber’s Extreme Leadership (www.stevefarber.com), my new course REAL Impact (Get REAL), and QBQ: The Question Behind the Question (www.qbq.com).
This is the quote I shared from the Extreme Leadership course:
“A leader’s greatest obligation is to make possible an environment where people can aspire to change the world.” -Carly Fiorina
