I had the great pleasure to attend the 2nd Annual Extreme Leadership Experience in San Diego a week ago and am more committed than ever to spreading the word about this important topic.
By its very nature, if people are engaging others in becoming their best selves, that is already an extreme act of leadership. It’s almost a redundant term. But when leaders really get that their main job is to spread LOVE throughout their culture through what Steve Farber calls the LEAP, that’s where the world will start to change for the better.
The LEAP is an acronym for cultivate LOVE, generate ENERGY, inspire AUDACITY, and provide PROOF and it’s the foundation for organizational culture that will make the results of extreme leadership easier to measure.
Listen in as I talk a bit more about this “soft skill” that will pay off in hard results when done well.
